The Long Island Hospitality Ball is a premiere Long Island culinary, wine, and spirits event featuring many of the top Long Island & Metropolitan restaurants and premier beverage companies benefiting the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. Guests enjoy a walk around tasting experience where they can sample mouthwatering dishes, taste premium wines and spirits, and enjoy the sights and sounds of an evening filled with music and entertainment as well as an exciting raffle featuring a wide array of prizes. 

The 2026 Long Island Hospitality Ball will be the 14th LIHB! The the event is hosted annually by the Long Island Hospitality Ball volunteer committee which in the past has raised over $3.5 Million to support the fight against cancer. Let’s Celebrate!

The 14th Annual Long Island Hospitality Ball 2026 is returning soon, with the official event date to be announced.

The Long Island Hospitality Ball is a premier culinary, wine, and spirits event featuring many of the region’s top restaurants and leading beverage brands, all in support of the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund.

Guests will enjoy an immersive tasting experience with exceptional cuisine, premium wines and spirits, live entertainment, and an exciting raffle featuring a wide array of prizes. Hosted annually by the Long Island Hospitality Ball volunteer committee, the event has raised over $3.5 million to support the fight against cancer.

Founded by Keith Hart, a respected leader in the hospitality industry and cancer survivor, the event was created to unite the industry for a powerful cause. His mission continues to bring together top restaurants, beverage brands, nightlife professionals, and entertainment leaders for an unforgettable evening of dining, dancing, and giving back.

Described by Newsday as “one of the largest fundraising events in years to raise money to battle cancer” and “a food-industry showcase,” the Long Island Hospitality Ball continues to make a meaningful impact year after year.

About the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund

The Baldwin family firmly believes that the key to finding a cure for breast cancer can be found by providing the funding necessary to allow researchers to learn more about this disease.

To date, there have been many significant advances in the methods of detection and treatments for breast cancer, yet many women continue to lose their battle for life every year as they succumb to the devastating effects of this disease. Our mission is to find a cure – nothing less.

The Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund is committed to battling breast cancer by supporting both new and established researchers. To date, the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund has awarded more than 75 research grants totaling more than $5 million to medical research.
