We strive to bring the best to each event we execute. We are aware that we are not only representing the brand itself but we are also providing excellent quality of service to each account. How do we do that? By hiring friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing professionals who are ready to engage with the clientele.
Trainings
One thing you will hear time and again from our accounts, Hart staff are highly educated. We invite our suppliers to hold training events as frequently as they feel fit, which is usually 1-2 times per year (per supplier). Sometimes we learn about one brand, while other times we do a “taste and tour” of a few portfolios that are the focus of the season. Typically, we host them in our Hart Agency offices, and occasionally we are treated at a restaurant along with light appetizers to pair with the samplings.
Regardless, this liquor-to-lips learning method provides opportunity for our Consumer Educators at any level. We cater the training to suit the specific program with the appropriate person for that event. So whether they’re an experienced bartender or just starting out, they can learn both successful sales techniques as well as product knowledge specialized for their learning needs. It's also a great chance for brand ambassadors to hang out & get to know each other in the down time of the lectures.
New Hires
Upon being hired, our Consumer Educators are trained to the Hart standard. Regardless of if it's their first event ever, or if they've worked as a Brand Ambassador before, they walk in with confidence to deliver our specific expectations.
We provide everyone with a standard training guide, a starter kit of supplies needed, a profile on our reporting website, and one-on-one shadow shift with one of our veteran staff. They are also given access to our Call Center, where they can listen in to training calls to expand their product knowledge and sales strategy on their own time. This is particularly useful if their schedule is not conducive to attending every training class we have offer.
Holiday Parties & Events
Our industry connections often result in invitations for our staff and their guests to enjoy parties in the area. Perks can include waived cover fees, open bar, and VIP access. We've been involved in everything from Halloween and Christmas parties, to new product launches & charity galas. Local celebrities such as Skeery Jones & Ghandi from Z100's
Elvis Duran Show, Team Boom Cups, and celebrity DJs are often the hosts.
Our pride of the year is the Long Island Hospitality Ball, hosted by The Baldwin Family and benefiting the Carol M. Baldwin Foundation. Hart Agency Owner Keith Hart
is a Chairman of the LIHB Committee, and Hart Agency is involved in every step of the process for planning and executing the event. Hart staff may have the opportunity to volunteer to work this charity benefit which raises money for a worthy cause.
Referral Program
Some of our best hires are referred by our current staff or clients. Hart Agency hosts seasonal “Hiring Happy Hour” events. Staff bring candidates to the event to meet our management team in a social setting, while having the opportunity to mingle with new people. This informal environment is a way for us to treat our current staff while providing a relaxed setting for interviews to prospective candidates.
Outside of that, we offer incentive bonuses to our staff if the person they referred is hired and works for one season consistently. Interested applicants can list who referred them in their application and note it during the interview.

On Premise
events include samplings at bars, restaurants, sporting venues, country clubs, trade shows, and any specialty events.
Off Premise
events include samplings at liquor stores & wine shops. We offer additional services for these events which suppliers can choose to utilize, including engravings
and calligraphy directly on the bottles, which makes for a great gift!
Sommelier & Mixologist Bartenders - Some programs require an enhanced level of knowledge and skill, therefore we have certified Sommeliers & Mixologists on staff for such events.
Every promotion we execute involves
educating the consumers on the brand, while
encouraging sales. Whether they're taking a bottle home or drinking cocktails at the bar, we help customers open up their minds to drinks they may have not tried before; at times creating lifelong loyalty for our brands!

What is Tequila? Tequila is a distilled spirit and a type of mezcal. The liquor is made from agave plants and produced only in specific parts of Mexico. Depending on where the agave is grown, the taste of tequila can vary by the bottle. Similar to the way whiskey can be broken down into more specific categories like bourbon and scotch, tequila can be broken down as well. There are three main types of tequila—blanco (silver, unaged), reposado (aged for 2 to 9 months in wood barrels), and añejo (aged for a minimum of 1 year in wood barrels).
